Pole Beginners- We focus on introducing basic pole poses, spins, floorwork and strengthening. We introduce the students to dance techniques, flexibility and proper form/ techinique to compose a good dance routine. We introduce the student to pole in a complete way that properly prepares them for the Intermediate level. The student will be advised by their instructor as to when it is time to move to the next level. Schedule your beginners class now!   

Pole Intermediate begins to teach students a combination of more spins with aerial pole tricks and the combination of the two. Putting together combos. We continue to work on strengthening, flexibility and fluidity in movement and pole transitions. The students will always get very personal attention to their specific strengths and weaknesses in order to help them improve as they move along the levels.  Schedule your class now!  

Pole Advanced will introduce students to more aerial pole tricks many that increase in difficulty due to points of contact with the pole, forms of entry and technique. Fluidity will continue to be of great focus and strengthening will continue to be part of this class. Very special care and safety is our focus and both are emphasized in all of our classes.  Schedule your class now!

Sexy Flow and Heels-(great class for new pole students and all levels)- This class is full of fun sexy moves that will have you forgetting that you are getting a workout. It is for the students who wants to add to their dance fluidity while exploring the fun world or flirty and sexy dance!! This is the perfect class for all levels to add as it compliments our pole fitness/ dance classes beautifully.

Low Flow and Flow Work Choreography - (Not a beginner class) -This class is designed for the student who wants to add substance to their pole performances by learning floor work and low flow moves that they can then apply to their freestyle dance, competition routines, or showcase routines. We will be working on technique and breaking down moves that are floor work specific and low flow specific. This class will teach a whole new language of movements to students and it will help increase fluidity in dance routines. It is also a class for the student who wants to become stronger, more flexible and increase physical endurance. Join us for fun new tricks you will love! 

Strong and Flexy, Active Stretch, Yoga Flow - Every body can go deeper into flexibility at any age! Our Strong and Flexy Class, Active Stretch and Yoga Flow classes will take you through anatomical & intelligent ways of bending the body. They each use a different techniques to achieve the long lean lines of a dancer by lengthening and strengthening your musculature. Try them all or pick the one for you and see what works best for your level and body or train in all three for optimal results. Practice the skills you actually need to get in to that bendy pole move you've always wanted to conquer! All levels of flexibility are welcome!

Lyra (Aerial Hoops) - This class will introduce you to the art of Aerial Hoops (lyra). We will work on introduction moves up to intermediate moves- per the students progress. We will work on technique, transitions, control and artistic elements of aerial hoops. Come join us in this fun work out and build muscle, extend lines, work of flexibility while exploring this fun art.

Pop-Up Twerk Classes (non-pole) - Catch them when they come to our studio! In this class you will learn different twerk moves and how to isolate your butt cheeks, while working up a good sweat. This class will definitely firm and tone the lower body and will make you feel sexy while you have fun shaking it. Always a great way to have Fun!

Pole Conditioning (non-pole)- Are you ready to get motivated to get stronger? This class will start off with an upbeat cardio workout to warm up our bodies. We will use the first half of the class to tone and work out our core. The second half of the class will be dedicated to toning and building up our booties! Get motivated to WERK! All fitness levels are welcome!

Dancers Delight (non-pole) -Dance is a huge part of Pole Fitness and in this class we focus on the technique of body movement, fluid movement, body presence, control, coordination and awareness. This is a great class for anyone looking to improve dance practice and technique breakdown. This is a non-pole dance class. We will learn artistic, and sexy choreographs weekly and we will focus on different dance styles, (contemporary, sensual, Latin and much more or a mix of genres), working on exploring music and rhythm. This class will help you bring out the dancer in you while giving you a great work out! Perfect for any level and for anyone who wants to dance!
