Pole Beginners- We focus on introducing the basics of pole. We focus of emphasizing good habits to build the correct set up to prepare students for the higher level classes. Learn spins, floorwork and strengthening while learning dance techniques, and proper form/ technique to compose a good dance routine or combo. Schedule your beginners class now!
Pole Intermediate begins to teach students a combination of more spins with aerial pole tricks and the combination of the two; putting together combos while cleaning up inverts and adding more climbs. Work on strengthening, flexibility & transitions. Schedule your class now!
Pole Advanced and Pre-Advanced will introduce students to more aerial pole tricks many that increase in difficulty due to points of contact with the pole and harder transitions. Fluidity and strength training will continue to be of great focus in these levels that will have you feeling strong and fabulous. Heels & Low Flow Choreography Classes-These classes are full of fun sexy moves that will have you forgetting that you are getting a workout. The choreography classes are for students who want to add to their dance fluidity while exploring the fun world or flirty and sexy dance!! Perfect classes that compliment our pole fitness/ dance classes beautifully. Dance with us, bring your heels, socks or just dance barefoot and get the sexiest fun cardio with us! Strong & Flexy, Stretching for Movement, Yoga Flow - These classes will take you through anatomical & intelligent ways of bending the body. They each use different techniques to achieve the long lean lines of a dancer by lengthening and strengthening your musculature. Try them all or pick the one for you or train in all three for optimal results. Practice the skills you actually need to get in to that bendy pole move you've always wanted to conquer! These classes are great for all ages, those who want to improve their flexi pole tricks or for those who just want to be flexible, strong and agile for life. All levels welcome!
Lyra (Aerial Hoops) - This class will introduce you to the art of Aerial Hoops (lyra). We will work on beginner moves up to intermediate moves and transitions. We will work on technique, control and artistic elements of aerial hoops. Join us in this fun work out, build muscle, extend lines, and improve flexibility.
