Q. What to wear to a Pole dance/ fitness class? A. For class wear short workout shorts or booty shorts, tank top or sports bra. Don't wear jewelry especially NO RINGS or bracelets. Do not use oil base body lotions or body oils that can make you too slippery for the pole. Remember it is a workout so do bring water or anything you would to a fitness class.
Q. What is a pole class like? A. A pole class is a workout class but more fun. There will be a warm up, pole dance, and a cool down. The class will include fun pole tricks; from spins, climbs and more depending on your level. Students will develop their own style; from sexy, sporty, acrobatic, artistic or a combination of all. This will be the most fun and challenging workout you will ever do! Let your inner goddess out!
Q. Is Pole dance hard?
A. Pole is a challenge, but do not give up on your first, second or third class..It is worth sticking with it because results happen sooner than later and the confidence, strength, and friendships that come from this great community are all worth it! Give it a go and from that point never look back!
